Paper Submission Guidelines

Researchers are invited to submit abstracts and full papers related to their respective tracks. Submission will undergo a peer-review process and accepted papers will be presented during the conference. Post-conference, selected papers will be considered for publication in the KURUKOD Journal, the College International Peer-Reviewed Journal.

Abstract Submission

Abstracts (250-300 words) should be submitted to submission link. Authors must register using personal or institutional emails. Abstracts must include:

• Title of the article
• Authors' names (Presenter's name in all caps)
• Affiliation and Business Address
• Track
• Email Address
• Content including:
  • Novelty
  • Objectives of the study
  • Methodology
  • Significant findings
  • Implications
• Keywords (3-5, alphabetically arranged, Times New Roman, size 12)

Full Paper Submission

Full papers must follow the journal template and include:

• Title, Authors, Affiliation, and Email Address
• Keywords (3-5 relevant words)
• Sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion & Recommendation, Acknowledgment (if any), and References

Full papers must be in MS Word and submitted by April 7-11, 2025. Acknowledgment emails will be sent upon receipt.

Research Paper Presentation Guidelines

• Virtual presenters must submit a 10-minute recorded video (1280 x 720, .mp4) by May 19-23, 2025.
• On-site presenters must submit PowerPoint presentations before the session starts.
• Presenters must attend academic discussions after presentations.
